Xanthe Golenko

Becoming. Through story, creativity, connection.

Stories have the power to inspire understanding, spark action, and transform how we see ourselves and each other.

Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and retreats focused on storytelling and participatory video, I provide opportunities for you to reflect deeply, share meaningfully, and connect authentically in your personal and professional life. Helping you transform your narrative and step into a more empowered version of yourself.

“Going down that journey and thinking through the backstory of the business and my story was something I haven’t really taken the time to fully explore. I enjoyed the experience, and it was helpful to listen to feedback from others and different perspectives.”

— Gather+Harvest Founder/Head Craftswoman, Lee Docherty

My life has been shaped by many roles: researcher, lecturer, mentor, mother, dancer(?), mover, traveller, and storyteller. At a crossroads, I stepped away from a demanding academic and research career. Burnout became my turning point, a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of myself waiting for more space. Creativity, curiosity, connection, and play. I began reimagining a life that felt more joyful, authentic, and fulfilling. My journey became a gift I now share with you, to help you find your spark and your story.   More about Xanthe>>
